Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair with both clients and the therapist, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice (or more) is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  Your consideration will be appreciated. You will not be charged for the appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without notification for whatever reason is considered a no-show. No-shows are disruptive, prevent someone else from getting a session during that time, and if they recur, they communicate an apparent lack of respect for the therapist and even for the client's own sense of integrity.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to fit within the scheduled time.  The rate for the session remains the same.
